Accommodation The rooms at Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma are spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably maintained. My room featured a comfortable king-sized bed, a modern ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony offering stunning views of either the sparkling sea or the lush hotel gardens.
But most importantly the staff were Superbenzin welcoming and went above and beyond. The view from the balcony in the room welches amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke great English, the breakfast buffet welches phenomenal with plenty of different options, the indoor/outdoor pool area welches clean, the room was spotless, and a little extra Extra was having a bathtub for the kids.
